Omarion (Feat. Jay Rock) "Hoodie" Official Music Video

Here it is:

This is Omarion's official 2nd single from his forthcoming album (3 album) "Ollusion." The video is a MJ tribute as well.
And of course this is the video for his 2nd single "Hoodie" featuring Jay Rock. The song is ok. I don't really care for it.
But, the video is definitely entertaining. O shows of his signature intricate dance moves; & works it on out all throughout
the video. His mother also makes a cameo in the video, doing the Jerk with the short hair & red streak. I like that Omarion
is doing something different this album. He may not be singing, but his new material even thou not as meaningful or substantial
as the last. The direction he is going w/ it as a dance, uptempo, entertaining standpoint is pretty good. Ollusion the album
is set to debut Tuesday, January 12th; so if you're an O fan, or if your a new fan, and you like his material or just want to support him
as an artist because you're a fan, go pick it up then.

Qutoes of Advice & Inspiration [12/3/09]

"
In thee end the humble always finish 1st & get what they deserve. But along the way, there will be obstacles that just might not kill over until you put your foot down. So never be afraid to speak up & assert some authority, & speak what your mind/heart compel you to say. Because this is your life & you can't have someone holding you up @ start, when you're already to go to Finish."

Yes, It's a quote that came from me that I made up

Darkness that lies beneath [My Truth]

People wonder why at times.. I'm so dark and gloomy,
Try walking in my shoes,
down this road of misconceptions,
broken promises,
missed childhood,
pre-maturity,
forced to live a life I never wanted,
to grow up without a moment of care-free bliss,
Oh the precious memories I never witness a loss & a miss,

Misunderstood to the fullest,
one mistake a pre-perceived notion of character,
called names that'd send the toughest cookie crumbling down China's great walls,
friendships never last,
reoccurring gloomy past being pulled forth in my lightness of today,
hiding as shadows under trees,
an ever seeking haunting shade,

I fight it strongly,
holding on to my faith,
Memory just as rusty as a dusty, Greek, historic Colosseum,
Family, large numbers of quantity, but the caring of only a few,

Sometimes I wonder, what did I do?,
Am I being punished for a clouded past?
A mistake I made, never resolved,
and the broken pieces recovering to put me on blast?

So the next time you judge to say why I'm this way,
Every action & emotion has a reason,
Not a thing of this is done for fun,
we are products of our environment and experience,
and this darkness beneath is a journey of a story that before you perceive it, just ask & maybe the truth will be unraveled & become as evident as the cold.

Note: I was in a dark mood, so I put my emotions channeled to a poem, and expressed it as a blog from my phone

Music. The price is FAME?

Music. Do you actually listen to it?

Or are you just worried about where, if & when it'll chart? & if it'll crack the top spot & put other artist to shame?

Do you rate the production of it fairly or do you give it high ratings because of the artists name?

Do you actually care & appreciate hard work poured into performances or are you marking it's levels by the brand, image & fame?

Do you actually care that your force fed bullshit or do you over look it for the hottest trend & paparazzi snaps shots of em walking around in designer frames?

Do you measure greatness by mere numbers or a repertoire that sparks the buzz of critically acclaimed?

Music. Tell me are you listening to it, or has it's true meaning fled your mind & ears , & undoubtedly faded away?

The Shades of David [Photography/Life Journey]

None of this is meant to be slutty. I myself got into a period of time, when I thought that when people showed their body's (shirtless, scantily clad, not fully clothed) it was slutty & they we're a whore. That is not always true. It is not about the look; it's how you present the look & the manner that you go about it, carry yourself & present yourself. It's the attitude & real life events that makes you a slut, not what you wear or what you don't wear. A slut is someone who sleeps with numerous people, so just because you aren't fully clothed, doesn't mean you've slept with numerous people. Sometimes you just want to celebrate your body, & your hard work & effort. Or for some, shake whatch mama gave ya, or work with ya parents made & it's ok to do it.

Anyhoo, these pictures are very artistic (Well some, lmao). But, I just am comfortable in my skin right now. I used to be like MORBIDLY Obese (and yes I can admit that now, it's in my past, & i'm not ashamed of it). At that time, I was very confident (At times), then I started to realize how I really looked. & I realized that wasn't me. All though I never lost my talents (Running, Dancing, Flipping, Gymnastics, Swimming, Athleticism); I think I lost that spark inside me, that made me, ME. I had a couple mid life crisis & I decide to myself, "enough is enough" & i'd lose weight.

I went on this long journey to lose weight. All by myself (in some means). I didn't have anyone telling me how to diet. I researched, looked up health facts, read magazines, internet articles, blogs, videos, etc... etc... I started out doing "Walk Away the Pounds" & I lost 40 pounds in about 3-4 months. Btw, @ my most I was 249 lbs. When I started this diet I was 244. My waist line @ that point was a 40. & idk I was just not ME!!

Over time I changed my work outs rapidly. I get bored with things that are too repetitive & I had to spice things up by adding something new & switching things around. In which that is good for a diet, because after your body is used to that particular workout, it's like it mediums your metabolism instead of keeping it at a constant high by doing unexpected workouts at different levels. I did dvd's, i walked, I ran, I jogged, I rode my bike, I danced. There are not particular workout's that you have to do. Just simply MOVE!! GET ACTIVE!! Cardio is the best way thou to lose weight (Running, bike riding, dancing, walking, swimming, etc.) & Aerobics (Stretching, strength training, gymnastics, etc.. etc..).

Anyhoo with all this said, I love my body, I love me & i'm happy to be transitioning back to a comfortable, confident me. Not to say at a certain weight you can't be confident. I will not tell anyone to lose weight, because at your size, it might be great for YOU. But, for me it didn't make me happy, and when everything is said & done; I only get 1 life to live. So, I rather work my ass off to make myself happy, than to be lazy & stay the same.

Lastly, and certainly not least. Losing weight is better kept at a lifestyle, not a diet. True weight lost can only be achieved & "SUSTAINED" as lifestyle. It's a constant journey, not just pick up, go & drop. Diets never last, because it's a struggle of the same thing that may not be good for you for too long. Don't eat below 1500 calories, don't starve yourself, it's ok to eat fatty snacks every so often. But, do it in moderation every blue moon, maybe once a week. If you want to do it, do it for YOU, do it for your HEALTH, do it for your CONFIDENCE, do it simply & once again for YOU.

Now, i'm between 160-170. I really don't know what I weigh. I have got down to about 160 before. I am 5'10 1/2. My Waist line is now 31" my chest is a 35", & etc... etc... lol.

P.S. all these photos we're taking with my phone (T-Mobile MyTouch 3G [Black]) & most of them we're editing on the phone too, some additional editing added with my free windows program Paint.NET & a few Photoshop brushes I converted.

With all that said, let me get to posting these damn pics, lmao:

Yes, I Aspire to be a model some day. No person or person's will change me, I will remain the same.
I may not get paid as much as other model's because of my attitude (not conforming), but I will not let them shape me into Hollywood.
I will have meat on my body, I will eat, & I will enjoy what I do, rather than just do it for the money.
It's a passion, not a day job.

Christina Aguilera (2009-2010) "The Future"

Christina Aguilera wraps up her new album "Light & Darkness." Trick (Tricky Steward) has said he's working on the upcoming album with Christina. The idea/concept of this album is futuristic, but Christina doesn't plan to steer too far, that she loses her fans in the dust. She's still singing R&B, she's still doing pop, but it's more straight forward & she's found a medium to tie all the genre's together. Christina of course, is a very serious artist; from her transition to: bubble gum pop debut album self titled "Christina Aguilera", The "GOSPEL" (I call it) because it's so deep & it's like it just inspired you & you can take it anywhere like the bible to keep you pushing Stripped w/ her dirty, R&B, Gospel, Soul vibe, to her R&B/Jazz/Soul Marilyn Monroe-esque "SOUL music" of B2B (Back to Basics), & now she's moving on to another world on her journey through music. She's a serious vocalist & all of what she's taken in her career she plans to take it a step further with this album, while keeping her loyal, current fans happy & allow an realm for the new fans to step in.

Also, she's did a Duo with Flo-Rida. Other album news is she's worked with Sia, old time friend/write Linda Perry, Lady Tron, Santigold, M.I.A. & so much more. This is set to be her best album. Expect for the album to drop early 2010. & a single to drop accordingly. Everyone is saying Christina is killing the tracks & Christina said she learn Christina has learnt how to do things with her vocals she never thought she could do *FAINTS*.

Lastly, don't forget to check out her debut movie Burlesque along side other legend Cher late fall next year. She'll be start filming November this year. In which Tricky will score producing soundtracks from that.

Amerie New Single/Single Cover [UPDATED!]

Her 2nd official single is no other than"Pretty Brown" feat. Trey Songz. Idk, when this is supposed to be released, but I think they need to focus on "Heard 'Em All." I hate when labels, just dismiss a track, and say let's move on to the next. Especially, when they haven't even did nothing with the current track. Can u say I love AMERIE & I been supporting the fuck out of "Heard 'Em All"? I been promoting the single all over facebook, myspace, and everywhere else. I called my local radio station yesterday (Cause i had been texting them, but they didn't have the single) I requested it @ hot1027 from 2 different method's (Text & internet) & requested both "Heard 'Em All" & "Pretty Brown" & the Remix to HEA. I just hope they really promote her. She deserves it, & i'm not gonna keep saying why. I just feel like they focus on their biggest artist & give the other artist the short end of the stick (DefJam & all other labels) & that's not right. Honestly, your losing money in your label, because your not selling to your full potential with all your artist, but yet just one. Do the math, and the label actually loses out for being ass holes.

UPDATE: They're gonna keep promoting "Heard 'Em All" for Pop O_0 (???) & "Pretty Brown" for Urban.

THEY BETTA FUCKIN HAD, OR I WAS GONE HAVE TO DO SOME DAMAGE!!, lol

Anyhoo, i'm getting the Album Tuesday, November 3rd; you all should to. The album is certified the BEST ALBUM OF THIS YEAR!! & I am so fuckin serious, the pre-lude alone slayed every female out this year.

Also, Amerie said to us in the VH1 Hip Hop Honors Live Blog chat that, "I believe as of now it's Jimmy Kimmel, George Lopez, possible Jimmy Fallon (for upcoming performances)", so expect performances, I can't wait. & as you see with the watermark I got the photo from Rap-up, which may I say is my favorite blog ever. They are so positive, and they support all or most artist, no shade on their post. Just facts, and professionalism.

Ciara prep's new, Upcoming Album

Our girl CiCi is already recording her next album. With the mediocre success of the GREAT "Fantasy Ride" album. Our hardworking girl keep sit pushing with the next album. This is why I love Ciara, she loves her fans, she's into her music, she has a strong, motivating drive, and she never gives up. She just stays calm, and happy, and push on to the next venture. She is 14 songs deep into the album, the album is fully produced by Top of the line producer & Writer Tricky Stewart & The-Dream, who produced some of her hottest tracks from "Fantasy Ride" ala "High Price" & "Like A Surgeon."

The album is set to be fully solo. No features at all. Yess, our girl is officially showing, "She can do damage all by herself." Her real fans and true lovers know that, but the others obviously don't. Even thou she's had solo hits like "Promise" which was the #1 R&B song in 2006 on Billboard R&B/Hip Hop & peaked @ #11 on Billboard hot 100, with over a 100+ million radio audience. And that was just a ballad, PUNCH CI! And "Like A Boy" that gave her another top 20 hit, peaking @ #19 on Billboard Hot 100, and top 10 hit on Billboard R&B/Hip Hop @ #6.

Anyhoo, we all knew she was in LA to record a new album. While the haters we're saying she got kicked off of the Britney Tour because she flopped, Ci wasn't giving them mind, and she readied her next album. #1, Ciara actually upstaged Britney on her OWN tour, all critics said that. And due to the great outcome of Ciara's accompaniment, and performances, she was offered to continue on the 2nd leg of the US tour. But, CI & her team decided against it, because she was recording a new album, and that was far more important, than to promote an album, people DIDN'T want to get into. & for those saying she was replaced by Jordin cause Jordin had more success. Jordin flopped too hun, she sold a lil under 50k. & didn't even make top 3 or 5. & her song peaked the same place as "Love Sex Magic" @ #10 on billboard hot 100, and "LSM" was a WORLDWIDE HIT, KEEP IT CUTE & Get it right kids!

If Ciara wanted "Fantasy Ride" to be a hit, it would've cause clearly she had hits, but her label wanted to act lame. I mean did anyone not know Gaga flopped in her 1st week sales of 24k? So, y couldn't Ci keep promoting her ass off like Gaga, and get to the same status as Gaga did with her pre-flopped album, and it took "Just Dance" all day to hit #1? Gaga is cool (I guess... lol), but facts are facts.

Anyhoo. The album is 14 solo tracks deep. No features. The only features will be remix's to the solo songs she's recorded or will be recorded. The album is set to take her back to the "Goodies" & "1 step" days where she was punching your faves above & beneath the belt & they couldn't take. Introduce her back as the dance queen she is. The album will be mostly uptempto, but will also carry on her sensual vibe ala "Like A Surgeon", "Promise", etc..

The album is set to be released either the end of this year, but I think Ci & Tricky are pushing for it to be released early 2010, which they also stated is a great possibility. So, Ci will be back snatchin wigs in the next decade. Who mad?! Y did her blog about the new album peak @ #1 story within a few hours, when blogs had been out for weeks, and she punched them out?! & the only one who punched her to #2 is Christian (Chris Brown) who has buzz from his confrontation/assault with Rihanna, and people want to see what he got, and is he gonna flop. That's right Ci, do U!

Most notable tracks are "Speechless" & "Gifted." In which "Speechless" is a duet with The-Dream (Ballad? I believe that's a Si, Senor's & Senorita's, lol)

All credit goes to Rap-up.com & this other site I can't remember the name of as of now.

Official Album Cover of "In Love and War":

Amerie to Record All new video for "Heard 'Em All" (Remix)

According to "Rap-up.com", Amerie is set to record a completely new video to the Remix of "Heard 'Em All." Which the song was originally set to feature Wayne in both the video, and official 1ST single, lol. But, apparently things didn't happen that way. Wayne just recently had a baby with I forgot which singer/actress whatever, but he was pressed for time. So, Amerie and her label could not catch up with Wayne to original pin him in the video.
They we're supposed to do the original video, and he would later to a catch shot of his verse on the song, but that didn't work out. So, her label planned to just shoot a whole new video in Miami. It is a new director this time. The director isn't Anthony anymore, now it's Dayo Harewood a Gil Green affiliate.

This is all quoted from this link: http://www.rap-up.com/2009/10/01/lil-wayne-joins-amerie-for-remix-video/ & source blog: Rap-Up.com . All I did is just reword it in my own words. So, all credit for the news it to them, not me. I just wanted to let Amerie fans know the latest news on her. Much thanks to Rap-up.com.

[Random] Ameire Graphic

Then, I decided, I didn't like it, and redid it, slightly:

Idk, Blah... lol

Took me a while to do this. I actually started on it last night, when I saw her Rap-up.com pictures, so I made like a lil blend to it. I wanted it to be real basic, and very realistic, so I didn't want to add any effects to it at all, really. But, then I was like blah, naw it was too bland. So, I added a few effects to it, changed the color, and some other stuff. Original it had some text in it, from the intro lyrics to Amerie "Heard Em' All", but it seemed like they we're unnecessary, too extra, or not in the placement I wanted it to be. So, I just took them off. Let it be, and left on the Amerie tag, watermark. So, this is it.

Whatcha think? Mind, you i'm just a rookie, so it won't be the best.

[Random] Amerie "In Love & War" album artwork

Love it; it's amazing. Amerie is an incredible artist. She always works hard on her albums, and creatively takes her fans on a journey throughout the essence of music. Her albums are always very solid, and have the ability to make you listen all the way through without skips. She's an talented vocalist, singer, dancer, performer, writer, and model. Please support her upcoming album (project) "In Love & War" which debut's Tuesday, November 3rd. Don't forget to also follow her on her pages:

Ciara Upcoming album info

Support it!! Don't be like the close-minded dykes that didn't support the last album, and wanted to jump ship. Ciara deserves all her fans to be here for her. No complaints, just their full support. Because how the fuck is an artist supposed to punch when her fans don't even have full faith in her. Her fans should be her strength, and motivation, and after all the shit Ciara has been through in life, and her career; her fans shouldn't be nothin, but a thought a way. This woman deserves the best in this bullshit ass industry. She puts her best foot forward, stay's positive despite all her damn haters (When she's fuckin humble, and nice, to be cursed with thousands of haters, WTF?!).

I am starting to spread the word now, because not only does Ci, and her label have to promote, and support her, but so does her fans. Word of mouth is also a good method of promo, and her fans can at least do that. I mean what is an artist without fans? Like Ciara said, she wouldn't be nothing without her fans. So, suck the last album flop up, get ya money right, and be prepared for Ciara to punch 2010, and support her upcoming album to the max.

Stop being losers, and start being winners with Ciara, and believe. Where there is darkness, there is light. And in this dark, gloomy, raunchy, hell of an industry, Ciara becomes SuperC, read to punch the gimmicks, and shine light on the talent. Be there for Ciara to be her strength in this hard thing called life. Cause not only is this her music, this is her career and life. And we can make it a whole lot better, if we just suck up all that extra shit, and just be there for her.

Ciara's 1st OFFICIAL, USTREAM!!

She did it today around 6:30pm, a little while after that time. She discussed her fans, her inspirations, her favorite actors/actresses, being a role model, and etc. Ciara is such a awesome role model. I mean she inspires millions through her music, and the drive that she has about her music, and her career is just untouched. She's such a hardworker. And she has something under wraps for her fans [music wise], that's all I can give you all, lol.

Amerie, Amerie, AMERIE!!! "Heard 'Em All" [UPDATED]

Here is her talkin about "In Love & War" on the VMA's Red Carpet:

Yess, I don't like that Anthony made the video black because I think the video calls for more vibrance than dark. And the dark/edgy thing is getting kind of played out, & overused right now, because everyone is doing it.
But, I can see DefJam is really behind Amerie on this project. They are really gonna go INN for her with this album, and i'm so excited. Amerie always was overrated, & was overlooked, & the woman is bad.
She's a dancer, performer, SANGER, song-writer, has her own sub-division label now called Rising Feenix Entertainment, graduated with a degree of English, & Fine Arts @ Georgetown University. WTH?!
She has always been 2nd to the other big female artist in the game when her talent had her rated to be 1st. And I feel like now she's gonna get her chance to shine. I can just feel it. She has Ciara's choreographer Jamaica.
Jamaica said she kilt the choreography, and I have confidence in her word. I just can not fuckin wait. Supposedly Lil' Wayne is supposed to be in the video version of this song, idk. But, make sure you watch the premiere of
this video Amerie "Heard 'Em All" on BET's 106th & Park starting @ 6pm/5c tomorrow (Wednesday). And buy your girl Ame's single "Heard Em' All" on all major digital music retailers now!!!
And pick up Amerie's "In Love & War" on Tuesday, November 3rd & request her latest single "Heard 'Em All" on your local radio stations.

Review of video: The video was a banger. Ame's swagg is heavy, & very evident on this
track. She's back, and killing it, and knows she is you can tell by the way she moves confidently.
Dancing is nice, average at best to me. But, the video is FIYAH!! I don't really
like the darkness of it, like I already said. But, when I saw the video. I saw
where she was going creatively with the tribal, dark, apocalyptic theme, because like she
said before she did regular tribal with "Touch." I just love her
Her creativeness, her passion, her music, her swagg, writing, she has it ALL!!
But, also I wanted to clear it up, she been back since "WHY R U", that was my fuckin song.
But, we know that was a buzz, and her label didn't promote it as much because of that, but
the single def got people back into her.
"Why R U" was real, and it perfect for the R&B/Hip Hop/Rock feel she was going for.
It was perfection.

and "Higher" here even thou it's on the prelude link too:http://www.zshare.net/audio/65693016a921b29b/

And... check out her new song with Trey Songz "Pretty Brown Eyed" which is a fuckin R&B SMASH, AME LACED THAT SHIT & Trey songs good too.

Randoms: [Quotes to Stand by]

"They always say kill the negativity with kindness. Keep you're head up, and battle with a smile on your face. Never fight fire, with fire. You'll always lose, and make a bigger problem then you we're let off to have in the 1st place. Calm the blazing fire with the breeze of cool, chill, water and keep shining. Misery loves company; keep misery at a yard away by being positive all the way." - David (Me)

P.S. some of the quote is made from everyday sayings, but most/the rest of it flowed from my heart, while being inspired.
