Music. Do you actually listen to it?
Or are you just worried about where, if & when it'll chart? & if it'll crack the top spot & put other artist to shame?
Do you rate the production of it fairly or do you give it high ratings because of the artists name?
Do you actually care & appreciate hard work poured into performances or are you marking it's levels by the brand, image & fame?
Do you actually care that your force fed bullshit or do you over look it for the hottest trend & paparazzi snaps shots of em walking around in designer frames?
Do you measure greatness by mere numbers or a repertoire that sparks the buzz of critically acclaimed?
Music. Tell me are you listening to it, or has it's true meaning fled your mind & ears , & undoubtedly faded away?

Oh and I forgot to say this! Lol Peeps will stan for those untalented, swagga jacking, spiteful artist, and then come for somebody BETTER than they're fav and call them a flop. SMH....people are so shady these days.
ReplyDeleteThey don't really care about, how much talent the artist has; they're just worried about if they make, catchy pop songs and sell millions of records. That's why the music world is sooooo.....pop influenced.
