Christina Aguilera (2009-2010) "The Future"

Christina Aguilera wraps up her new album "Light & Darkness." Trick (Tricky Steward) has said he's working on the upcoming album with Christina. The idea/concept of this album is futuristic, but Christina doesn't plan to steer too far, that she loses her fans in the dust. She's still singing R&B, she's still doing pop, but it's more straight forward & she's found a medium to tie all the genre's together. Christina of course, is a very serious artist; from her transition to: bubble gum pop debut album self titled "Christina Aguilera", The "GOSPEL" (I call it) because it's so deep & it's like it just inspired you & you can take it anywhere like the bible to keep you pushing Stripped w/ her dirty, R&B, Gospel, Soul vibe, to her R&B/Jazz/Soul Marilyn Monroe-esque "SOUL music" of B2B (Back to Basics), & now she's moving on to another world on her journey through music. She's a serious vocalist & all of what she's taken in her career she plans to take it a step further with this album, while keeping her loyal, current fans happy & allow an realm for the new fans to step in.

Also, she's did a Duo with Flo-Rida. Other album news is she's worked with Sia, old time friend/write Linda Perry, Lady Tron, Santigold, M.I.A. & so much more. This is set to be her best album. Expect for the album to drop early 2010. & a single to drop accordingly. Everyone is saying Christina is killing the tracks & Christina said she learn Christina has learnt how to do things with her vocals she never thought she could do *FAINTS*.

Lastly, don't forget to check out her debut movie Burlesque along side other legend Cher late fall next year. She'll be start filming November this year. In which Tricky will score producing soundtracks from that.

Amerie New Single/Single Cover [UPDATED!]

Her 2nd official single is no other than"Pretty Brown" feat. Trey Songz. Idk, when this is supposed to be released, but I think they need to focus on "Heard 'Em All." I hate when labels, just dismiss a track, and say let's move on to the next. Especially, when they haven't even did nothing with the current track. Can u say I love AMERIE & I been supporting the fuck out of "Heard 'Em All"? I been promoting the single all over facebook, myspace, and everywhere else. I called my local radio station yesterday (Cause i had been texting them, but they didn't have the single) I requested it @ hot1027 from 2 different method's (Text & internet) & requested both "Heard 'Em All" & "Pretty Brown" & the Remix to HEA. I just hope they really promote her. She deserves it, & i'm not gonna keep saying why. I just feel like they focus on their biggest artist & give the other artist the short end of the stick (DefJam & all other labels) & that's not right. Honestly, your losing money in your label, because your not selling to your full potential with all your artist, but yet just one. Do the math, and the label actually loses out for being ass holes.

UPDATE: They're gonna keep promoting "Heard 'Em All" for Pop O_0 (???) & "Pretty Brown" for Urban.

THEY BETTA FUCKIN HAD, OR I WAS GONE HAVE TO DO SOME DAMAGE!!, lol

Anyhoo, i'm getting the Album Tuesday, November 3rd; you all should to. The album is certified the BEST ALBUM OF THIS YEAR!! & I am so fuckin serious, the pre-lude alone slayed every female out this year.

Also, Amerie said to us in the VH1 Hip Hop Honors Live Blog chat that, "I believe as of now it's Jimmy Kimmel, George Lopez, possible Jimmy Fallon (for upcoming performances)", so expect performances, I can't wait. & as you see with the watermark I got the photo from Rap-up, which may I say is my favorite blog ever. They are so positive, and they support all or most artist, no shade on their post. Just facts, and professionalism.

Amerie's new single

Amerie, officially snaps on the scene after her hot, funky, r&b, rock "Buzz/1st single" "Why R U" with her new tribal, raggae smash "Heard Em All." Ame throws her hard, undeniable swagg on the song, stating lyrics like, "You can pop tags on a Louis bag, but it won't get you under my covers." Of course the song is catchy & repetitive; which is what singles, especially smash singles are, and should be. It's dancaeable, & has meaning. May not be a deep meaning that tells a story. But, it's basically saying she's heard it all from these dudes; the weak game, and none of the gifts you can buy her is gonna get her to sleep with you or cuff her up. So, everyone look out for the single to impact radio play, & become a Digital Download soon. Ame's "In Love & War" hits November 3rd after a much wanted push back; make sure you all pick that up.
